1. Acceptance of Terms 

By accessing or using the Subbdom website and API service (“Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not access or use our Service.

2. Description of Service

Subbdom provides an API that delivers a comprehensive list of subdomain candidates from multiple sources. All data and results provided by our API are offered “as is” without any warranty of any kind, either express or implied.

3. Usage and Rate Limits

  • Rate Limits: You agree to limit your API calls to no more than 50 requests per second and no more than 10 concurrent requests.
  • Compliance: Failure to adhere to these rate limits may result in the immediate suspension or termination of your API access.

4. Payment Terms

  • Subscription Plans: We offer various subscription plans on a monthly or yearly basis.
  • Processing: Payments will be automatically processed by Stripe.
  • Payment Failure: In the event of a payment processing failure, your API key may be deactivated until the issue is resolved.
  • Authorization: By subscribing, you authorize Subbdom to charge your designated payment method according to the plan you have chosen.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability

  • No Warranty: The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without any warranties, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
  • Limitation of Liability: Under no circumstances will Subbdom be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service.

6. Modifications to the Service and Terms

Subbdom reserves the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Service (or any part thereof) and these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting on our website. Your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of any revised Terms.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Switzerland, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
