Refund Policy

1. Subscription Payments

  • Subbdom offers subscription plans on a monthly or yearly basis, with payments processed automatically by Stripe.

2. Refund Terms

  • Non-Refundable Fees: All subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law.
  • Service Disruptions: If your payment fails, your API key will be deactivated until the payment issue is resolved; no refunds will be provided for periods of service suspension.

3. Cancellation

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time; however, cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
  • No Pro-Rata Refunds: There will be no pro-rated refunds for partial billing periods.

4. Modifications

Subbdom reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be communicated via our website.
